Mr. Haskell is a Director at Bergman Consulting with significant experience in legal analysis and financial modeling.

Litigation consulting services provided by Mr. Haskell include intellectual property damage assessments, lost profits, quantification of economic damages, shareholder disputes, and business valuations.

 

Previously, Mr. Haskell was President of a California Registered Investment Advisory Firm.  Prior to that, Mr. Haskell worked as an attorney, both as in-house securities counsel for a NYSE listed public company and as outside securities counsel at a global law firm.

 

Mr. Haskell received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Statistics from Columbia Universtiy, with honors in Statistics, and a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.  He is a member of the California Bar and is currently preparing to sit for the CFA level III Examination.
